After welcoming our new little one to our family last year, we quickly realized being both full-time working parents that we desperately needed to find a reliable and trustworthy day care that we not only wanted to make sure felt safe but also, hopefully, did not cost more than our mortgage! We were so fortunate to find that at Sonshine Gardens which I am so grateful was recommended to check out, by not one but three different close friends who all had previous wonderful experiences there with their own children. 

Now, it is my turn to spread the word and also hopefully reach out to that next family looking for a little help! All the staff at Sonshine Gardens have made us feel welcomed from day one and we have not once felt our daughter was not being well taken care of. She always is in a good, happy mood when we pick her up and we love the daily reports from the nursery that they send home so we can see her progress and her daily routine. There is even the cute occasional art project that gets sent home. Her birthday was even celebrated! We truly appreciate the care and respect this family run establishment has. There is no doubt in my mind they do care about the children. 

It really does “take a village” to raise a little one and I can’t thank Sonshine Gardens and all the wonderful staff enough for becoming part of ours.

I would recommend Sonshine Gardens because of the amazing care and education they provide. They truly value my child and our family. They’re communication and events make us feel like we are family. On top of that, they provide meals that equips my child with great nutrition throughout the day. I appreciate not having to worry about what other unhealthy things he may eat from friends. If you weren’t already sold. They provide individualized notes daily. That talks about who they played with, how they did while learning, their attitude, sleep meals, etc. I love this because it gives me something to talk to my child about on the way home from school and it’s a great transition from school to home. With other locations I would not receive this kind of feedback and if I did it was verbalized and easily forgotten.

I started bringing my daughter here 6 months ago, she is in the 4yr old room. I was so nervous to start Luna in a preschool situation, she had always been with a private childcare provider. I was worried how she would handle the structure of a preschool. I am so happy to say that Luna has flourished at Sonshine Gardens. Every single person that works there has been wonderful with her. I like the structure and learning that is provided. I have no doubt that she will be ready for kindergarten and thanks to Sonshine Gardens she loves to learn and is excited about school. The daycare is clean, caring and very reasonably priced. I feel blessed to be able to have my daughter enrolled here and recommend Sonshine Gardens to anyone looking for a great daycare/preschool.

I would recommend Sonshine Gardens because it’s obvious the owners take pride in providing exceptional childcare. We love Sonshine Gardens because:

1. Friendly, kind staff and teachers
2. Provided lunch and snacks with fair tuition
3. Small class sizes

Our daughter has attended Sonshine Gardens since age two and has grown both academically and spiritually since she started. We know she’s in great hands every day we drop her off!
